We believe in developing successful candidates, the minute they walk through our doors. We start the process with our Induction Programme; the first week or two normally spent getting to know the company. It's also at this early stage that you'll start to identify any job specific training that might be needed to bring the best out of you; this will come in the form of either formal training events or less formal one-to-one coaching with one of the more experienced members of your team. In addition to the Induction Programme, we run a number of training courses covering a range of key communication, creative and business skills including, project management, negotiation, influencing, management, technical and creative, at all levels.
