We need a team delivering an exciting range of services be it in progamme acquisition, advertising Sales, Promo and on air production, Broadcast engineering, finance, accounting and business analysis.

We believe in developing our people the minute they walk through our doors. We start the process with our Induction Programme; with the first week or two normally spent getting to know the company. It's also at this early stage that you'll start to identify any job specific training that might be needed to bring the best out of you; this will come in the form of either formal training events or less formal one-to-one coaching with one of the more experienced members of your team. In addition to the Induction Programme, we run a number of training courses covering a range of key communication and business skills including, project management, negotiation, influencing and management at all levels.
